The following are the terms and conditions for the JunimoB Sticker Mail YouTube Memberships.

Terms and Conditions: JunimoB Sticker Mail YouTube Memberships

By subscribing to either the "Junimore" or "Junimost" tier on YouTube, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Membership Benefits:

  • Subscribers to the "Junimore" tier will receive physical stickers mailed to the address provided during the sign-up process every three months, a total of four times per year, in the months of March, June, September, and December.

  • Subscribers to the "Junimost" tier will receive physical stickers mailed to the address provided during the sign-up process every other month, a total of six times per year, in the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

  • Please note that both tiers are currently only available to residents with a valid mailing address within the United States.

  • To receive sticker mail, in addition to being a paid member on YouTube, you must also actively opt-in and provide your shipping information through our website. Failure to opt-in through the website will result in you not receiving the physical stickers.

  • The specific designs included in each sticker mailing are at the sole discretion of JunimoB and are subject to change without prior notice. While we aim to provide a variety of designs, we cannot guarantee that members will receive stickers featuring their preferred themes or styles.

  • In addition to stickers, members at these tiers may also receive other digital benefits as outlined on the channel's membership page.

 

2. Membership Fees and Billing:

  • The membership fee for the "Junimore" Tier is $5.99 USD per month.

  • The membership fee for the "Junimost" Tier is $9.99 USD per month.

  • Billing will occur automatically on a recurring basis through your YouTube/Google account.

  • You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through your YouTube account settings.

3. Shipping and Delivery Schedule:

  • Stickers will be mailed to the shipping address you provide during the membership sign-up. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • For the "Junimore" Tier: Sticker mailings will occur in March, June, September, and December.

  • For the "Junimost" Tier: Sticker mailings will occur in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

  • Sign-Up Deadline: To be eligible for the sticker mailing in a given month, you must have subscribed to the respective tier between the 1st and the 15th of that month. For example, if you subscribe to the "Junimore" tier on or before the 15th of March, your first sticker mail will be in March. If you subscribe on March 16th or later, your first sticker mail will be the June mailing. Similarly, if you subscribe to the "Junimost" tier anytime in January, your first sticker mail will be the February mailing. If you subscribe on February 16th or later, your first sticker mail will be the April mailing.

  • One-Month Guarantee: Regardless of how long you are subscribed for (1 month, 2 months, etc.), you will be guaranteed one piece of sticker mail in the closest delivery scheduled month to your original sign up date. For example, if you were a member of the "Junimore" tier for only the month of April, you would still receive your one guaranteed sticker mail in the June mailing, however, you will not be eligible to receive any further mailings going forward after the cancellation of your membership.

  • We currently only ship sticker mail to addresses within the United States. If your provided address is outside of the United States, you will not be eligible to receive the physical stickers.

  • Mailing Schedule: Sticker mail for each designated month will generally be sent out during the first half of that month. Please note that if you sign up and opt-in during the first half of a mailing month, your package may be sent out towards the later end of that timeframe.

  • Shipping Times: Please be aware that shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to postal service conditions.

  • Notification and Tracking: You will receive a notification (likely via email to the address you provided during website opt-in) when your sticker mail has been sent. However, please note that tracking information will not be provided for these mailings.

  • Expected Delivery: While shipping times vary, you should typically expect your sticker mail to be delivered within one to two weeks from the date it was sent.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail once it has been shipped. However, please contact us if you experience an issue, and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

 

4. Changes to the Tiers:

  • JunimoB reserves the right to modify the benefits, pricing, and these terms and conditions of the "Junimore" and "Junimost" Tiers at any time. Reasonable notice of any significant changes will be provided to existing members. Your continued membership after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

5. Intellectual Property:

  • The sticker designs are the intellectual property of JunimoB and are for personal use only. Reproduction or commercial use of the sticker designs is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Communication:

  • Important updates and announcements regarding the "Junimore" and "Junimost" Tiers will be communicated through YouTube community posts, direct messages to members, or other appropriate channels. Please ensure you have notifications enabled to stay informed.

 

7. Termination of Membership:

  • JunimoB reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed appropriate.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your YouTube account settings. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be eligible to receive any subsequent sticker mailings for the remainder of the calendar year.

 

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JunimoB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your membership in the "Junimore" or "Junimost" Tiers or the receipt of stickers. 

     

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
